Campaign Story
If you are reading this, thank you. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about our story and for considering contributing to our fertility fund. As we got to know each other, we connected on our shared dream of being mothers one day. Our lifetime dream started to feel like a reality that we could achieve together. When we got engaged in 2022, we couldn’t wait to take the next step in our journey. After careful consideration, we decided to prioritize starting a family over having a wedding.
The reality of us becoming parents as a same-sex couple is an expensive process that is not covered by our insurance. While we have saved and budgeted as much as we can, the reality is that the costs associated with fertility treatments, medications, and procedures are overwhelming. This is why we are humbly asking for support.
Every contribution, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to making our dreams of parenthood a reality. Your generosity will directly impact our journey, allowing us to access the medical care needed to create the family we’ve always dreamed of. For us, this is about more than just having a child. It’s about creating a loving home, sharing laughter, and experiencing the joy of motherhood. We're Pregnant!!!
Thank you to everyone that donated to our fertility fund. With your generous donations, we were able to do one round of IUI and it took! We are so excited to welcome our first baby in December 2024. Words cannot express how grateful we are. Thank you!
